New Year…New Purpose, Vision, Mission
2007 will be an exciting year for Dunwoody Baptist! God knows the plans He has for our church, and it is our desire to join His work in process, seeking His perfect will in all that we do.
Purpose Statement – our core theme that defines who we are and what we do:
Loving family, loving God.
Loving family: who we are - it’s a noun and a verb. Dunwoody loves families! Dunwoody is a loving family, made up of individuals and families who come together to form small family groups.
Loving God: what we do - also a noun and a verb. We love and serve God. And we serve a loving God!
Vision Statement – who we want to become:
Dunwoody Baptist is a family experiencing God, growing in faith, and building genuine relationships.
Mission Statement – what we are to do to get there:
We…Share our lives, Grow our family, Impact our community, Reach our world……for Christ
Jesus Christ is at the core of our Mission. All we do centers around Him.
