Bible study is provided for all ages at 9:45 am on Sunday mornings.

 

Single Adults

An interactive look into what it means to live in relationship with God and how to apply our lives to reflect that relationship. This class studies books of the Bible and various topics related to being a disciple of Christ.

Young Adults

The Threefold Cord

A class for nearly-wed and newlywed couples desiring a spiritual, Christ-based foundation in their home and relationships. Bible study, fellowship and service are the basis for this class.

Foundations

Couples mid 20's - 40's
A class for young couples that are building their relationships with God as the center of their lives. The class has lively discussions on books of the Bible. Class activities include many socials, as well as mission activities.

Family Builders

Couples mid 20's - 40's

A class for couples with small children who seek to build their families to honor God and maintain their marriages through Bible study, discussion and sharing. Periodic family oriented socials provide the opportunity to get to know each other better.

Adult Classes

The Bridge

This class is open to anyone interested in growing spiritually – seekers, curious investigators, new Christians or those who wish to re-examine the foundations of the Christian faith. Most importantly it is a welcoming place for those who have no previous Bible study experience. The format is a recurring 16 week series that covers Christianity’s essentials including the historical Jesus, the significance of His death, how a person can obtain eternal life, discussions of God, the Holy Spirit, to whom and how to pray, and much more. Our purpose is to help uncover your personal bridge into a more fulfilling life of confident spiritual growth, study, service, and continual discovery.

The Way

Any Age
Focused on what it means to be a disciple maker, this group studies the Bible and provides the vision, tools and support to help you influence others toward Christ.  Discussion oriented.  Open to everyone no matter where you are in your journey with Christ.

Lifebuilders

Couples and Singles mid 30's - 50's
A large class that is focused on encouragement and Bible study which strengthens our faith so we can follow Christ in all aspects of everyday life. This class will improve your knowledge of who God is, who we are in relation to God and how that is meant to shape, enrich and empower our lives.

Connections

Couples and Singles mid 40's - 60
This is a class for 40 somethings with and without families. The Connections class provides a relaxed atmosphere in which participants can grow in their Christian faith and discover God’s purpose and plan for their lives. The studies vary from books of the Bible to topical and book studies relevant to living an abundant life today. 
 
Fellowship

Couples and Singles 50's - 60's
A couples class with ages ranging from 50 years and up with most empty nesters. We are a class committed to responsible biblical scholarship and application--the “what” and “so what” of the Bible. Books of the Bible are our usual curriculum. We are a very lively group commited to prayer, friendship and fun.

Sharing

A small class of God’s people (men and women 60’s and above) studying God’s word while sharing joys and sorrows.

Samaritan

Couples and Singles 60's plus
A large, but welcoming, class of men and women ages 60’s and above who enjoy an in-depth book-by-book Bible study. Through research and group discussion we search for the importance of historical context, eternal meaning and application to our modern lives, as we trust and appreciate God’s special gift to us—His Word.

Open Door

We are a class of men and women, couples and singles whose focus is on Bible study with life application. Our purpose is to help each member live a more Christ-centered life.

New Horizons

Singles 50 plus
Class discusses different topical Bible studies. Class emphasis is missions and fellowship with many activities throughout the year.

 

Senior Adults

JOY Class (Jesus, Others, Yourself)

A caring class of adults, age 70 and above. Our teachers rotate and curriculum is based on indepth Bible study. We are organized for support of each other and we gather for group fellowship several times each year.

Seekers
Teacher:

A fun-loving bunch: some Married couples, some widows or widowers, and some Singles -- but mostly all retired! Class time centers on Bible study. Through the week members provide support for others who may be ill or needing assistance with life's challenges of aging. Members enjoy quarterly social events.

 

Women’s Classes

Dayspring

Women of all ages and stages support each other in their quest for spiritual growth with interactive lessons, Bible study and prayer. 

Morningstar

A small woman's class 50's - 70's that focuses on books or topics of the Bible and how they relate to us today. 

Lydia's Ladies

A Bible study for women of all ages who love to share God's word with others. Emphasis is on relationships that encourage and pray for each other as they go through their lives together.

Winsome
Teacher:

You'll love membership in this class of women 70’s and above because of the excellent weekly Bible lessons, the wonderful fellowship you'll enjoy, and the caring outreach of this class to each other.

Ruth

Marchie Beard, Bride’s Room
A small group of women ages 90 and above who encourage each other through Bible study and prayer. Please join us as we share God’s word and our lives in an intimate setting.

 

Men’s Classes

Men’s Bible Class
Teachers:

This class focuses on leading men into a closer relationship with Jesus Christ by creating engaging fellowship environments where men are encouraged to become Disciples of Christ and develop into spiritual leaders at home, at work and in the church.

Learning from Christ

A 70’s and up men's class with lively discussion devoted to understanding how to apply Christ teaching in everyday life.

Special Friends

This class is for developmentally disabled young men and women from 18 and up.  Appropriate curriculum material is used each Sunday.

Adult Bible Study is taught on the English speaking level of the different classes. No matter what your ability is or your language of origin, we hope to help you learn about your faith.
