Five Foundations

Adults

Our foundation for adult spiritual growth is Sunday Morning Bible Study at 9:45 am and Discipleship Groups meeting throughout the week. Each provides Bible-based teaching, accountability, fellowship and fun.

Typical attendance in our Sunday morning groups is 30 people and up. Visit www.dbc.org/biblestudies for our list of classes. Our Discipleship Groups consist of 10-20 people. These groups require more in-depth study, consistent participation and allows the open exchange of questions and personal experiences. Visit www.dbc.org/discipleship for more information.

Children

Our Children’s Ministry is a place to shape kid’s hearts, strengthen families, build community and have fun! KidsPlace is our ministry for children in first through fifth grade and meets every Sunday morning at 9:45 am in the Rally Room. Kingdom Kidz is our ministry for children ages three through Kindergarten and meets every Sunday morning at 8:30, 9:45 and 11 am.

The Ark is our nursery for newborns through 24 months of age and is open Sundays at 8:30, 9:45 and 11 am. In addition to Sunday mornings, children have many opportunities at DBC. Visit www.dbc.org/children for more information.

Students

Our Student Ministry, called Revolve, is designed specifically for students in grade 6-12. Our Sunday morning session at 9:45 am features live music, video and teachings that relate to students lives. It allows students and their friends to connect with God in a large group setting. Outside of Sunday morning, students have the opportunity to join a small weekly discipleship group, serve others and hang out with each other at special monthly events. Visit www.dbc.org/students for more information.

Outreach

Our Missions Ministry is helping transform our community and world by developing relationships with ministry partners who share our passion for God’s purposes. Our goal is to connect each person in our church to serve the needs of our community and world, ultimately becoming more like Christ in the process.

We also have on-campus outreach ministries providing value-adding services to the community in the name of Christ. They include the Sports & Fitness Centers, Dunwoody Baptist Preschool and Dunwoody School for the Arts.

Worship

Our worship services on Sunday morning are designed to make you feel right at home from the time you pull into the parking lot. Our Contemporary Worship Service at 11 am integrates contemporary worship songs and a practical message in creative and different ways. Our Traditional Worship Service at 8:30 am integrates traditional music with our choir, orchestra and congregational hymns. Each of our worship services combines Bible-based teaching in a style applicable to your life. Attending worship services is the first step to finding out if DBC is a good fit for you and your family.
