JOY Class, D-211, ages 80+
Teachers: Denny Spear, Becky Babbitt, Bob Banks & Walter Weeks, Contact: Jim Barger
Focus: A caring class of adults. Teachers rotate and curriculum is based on in-depth Bible study. We are organized for support of each other and often gather for group fellowship.
Current topic: Building on a Solid Foundation – A study of Galatians and 1 and 2 Thessalonians. Galatians is a key book in understanding the gospel, the life of the early church, and indeed all of the New Testament. Paul’s Letters to the Christians at Thessalonica reveal the great concern of Paul the missionary for the young church he and the missionary leadership team had established there.
