•  If you are making semi-annual payments and are a member of DBC
•  If you are making semi-annual payments and you have more than one student taking classes or if you have a
   student taking more than one class.  PLEASE NOTE: DISCOUNT IS ONLY GIVEN TO THE SECOND STUDENT/CLASS--NOT BOTH.
