Luisy Fernanda teaches Princess & Diva, Princess, Queen, Hip Hop and Spanish.
Early Dance Training Classes
Princess & Diva (2-3 years), child attends 45-minute class with adult
Adult attends class with child (mommy, grandma, aunt, etc.). Your child gets to dress up like a princess for this class. She will always wear pink leotards, tights and ballet shoes during class. Adults wear black clothes, but no shoes are required.
Princess (3-4 years), Queen (4-5 years), 45-minute class without adult
Designed for the younger student. Children learn self-discipline, listening skills, left and right differentiation, and patterns in movement. Ballet based.
Hip Hop (3 1/2 - 5 years), 45-minute class without adult
Your dancer will develop strength, flexibility, rhythm, leaps and turns in a more athletic style of dance. All music and choreography will be "age appropriate".
Tuition for 17 weeks - $243.50
Creative Movement (3-4 years), 45-minute class without adult
Dress includes pink ballet shoes, pink tights and solid leotard of choice.
Tuition for 17 weeks - $243.50
Pre-Ballet (5-6 years), one hour class
Dancers should wear pink ballet shoes, pink tights and solid leotard of choice.
Beginning Combo Ballet/Tap – at least 5 years of age, one hour class
Dress includes pink ballet and tan tap shoes, pink or tan tights and solid leotard of choice.
Hip Hop - 3 levels (5-7 years, 8-12 years and 10-15 years), one hour class
Your dancer will develop strength, flexibility, rhythm, leaps and turns in a more athletic style of dance. All music and choreography will be "age appropriate".
Tuition for one hour classes: $266.50 for 17 weeks
Dance Fundamentals Classes
Ballet I – at least 6 years of age, one hour class
A more “professional” appearance with black leotards, pink ballet shoes and pink tights. Hair should be worn up.
Ballet II – Dancers must have completed Ballet I, one hour class
Black leotards, pink ballet shoes and pink tights. Hair should be worn up.
Combo I – one year of experience, one hour class
Pink ballet and tan tap shoes, solid leotard of choice and pink or tan tights.
Combo II – Dancers must have completed Combo I, one hour class
Dress includes pink ballet and tan tap shoes, pink or tan tights and solid leotard of choice. Hair should be worn up.
Lyrical Worship / Variety Style – Advanced class incorporating different styles, one hour class - AUDITION REQUIRED
Dress includes pink ballet shoes, pink tights and black leotard. Hair should be worn up.
Tuition for one hour classes: $266.50 for 17 weeks
Combo III – Dancers must have completed Combo II, seventy-five minute class (3 years minimum tap experience required)
Dress includes pink ballet and tan tap shoes, pink or tan tights and solid leotard of choice. Hair should be worn up.
Tuition for seventy-five minute class: $300.50 for 17 weeks
Combo IV – Dancers must have completed Combo III, ninety minute class (3 years minimum tap experience required)
Dress includes pink ballet and tan tap shoes, pink or tan tights and solid leotard of choice. Hair should be worn up.
Tuition for ninety minute class: $334.50 for 17 weeks
Spanish (taught by Luisa Fernanda)
Research shows children's brains are primed to learn language from a young age and starting early has long-term benefits, such as better analytical and multi-tasking skills. At DSA we immerse children in the language - each includes story time, songs and games ALL IN SPANISH! Since we believe that the best learning takes place at home, our instructor will offer great ways to extend the language at home so that you can include it in your everyday routine.
