Evaluations
Girls, Thursday, August 14 for ages 6 - 12
6/7 Girls at 6:30 pm
8/9 Girls at 7:00 pm
10/12 Girls at 7:15 pm

Boys, Friday, August 15 for ages 6 - 12
6/7 Boys at 6:30 pm
8/9 Boys at 7:00 pm
10/12 Boys at 715 pm
4/5 Leagues will not be evaluated!

Practices
Begin Saturday August 23 Times TBA
Regular practice begins week of August 25.

Note:Coaches will call between Tuesday and Friday week of
August 19 to let you know which team youf child is on.
If they do not call by Friday, August 22,  please call our

Registration Fee
Same Family Discount: 1st $115 / 2nd $105 / 3rd $95
(Fee includes jersey, shorts, socks, referees & awards)
 

Refund Policy
Refund if before August 8: all but $15
After August 8, 60% refund

Once uniforms have been ordered and kids are placed on teams there is no refund.

Coaching Information
Mandatory coaches meeting and clinic, Tuesday,  August 12, 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
(Coaches will be able to pick their practice times at this meeting)
All coaches must attend and work evaluations!

If you are a new coach to DBC you must fill out the following forms and turn them into the
Sports Center Office before the Coach's Meeting on August 7. You can turn them into the
office or fax them to 770.280.1220
