New to DBC

If you are new to Dunwoody Baptist Church, this is the page for you.

Dunwoody Baptist Church is a place where we are passionately becoming more like Jesus and are committed to transforming our homes, church, community, and the world. We do this as we love God, love people, make disciples, and make a difference. We hope you are challenged to investigate or deepen your relationship with Jesus and consider joining us as lives are changing at DBC.

What to Expect

Worship Services

Our 8:30 morning service is traditional in presentation. In it, we sing hymns, have an orchestra, and a choir. If you prefer a more modern worship style, be sure to check out our 11:00 service.

Our 11:00 morning service is modern in presentation. In it, we sing modern songs and use modern instruments and effects to accompany them. If you prefer a more traditional worship style, be sure to check out our 8:30 service.

The message and presenter are the same for both services.

Sunday Morning Bible Study - 9:45 am

Adults, children, and students at DBC connect in Sunday School and Life Groups, which provide rich opportunities to learn about God while in fellowship with one another. Any of our greeters will be able to help you find a group that's right for you.

If you are new to churches and church groups and have questions, we encourage you to visit our Bridge class, which is made up of others like you.

DBC provides a welcoming and relevant environment where you can connect with the love of God. We invite you to come to DBC dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable. Jeans are definitely appropriate at our 11 am service. Business casual is most appropriate at our 8:30 am service.

Our 8:30 service meets in the Chapel. The most accessible parking for that service is around the North Main Entrance.
Our 11:00 service meets in the Worship Center. The most accessible parking for that service is around the South and the East Main Entrances
Greeters are located all over campus and will be available to help guide you to your destination.

We offer communion quarterly in both of our Sunday morning services.
