Walk with us through the book of Nehemiah and discover how God restores broken people, broken cities, and broken worship through ordinary faithfulness empowered by God’s presence. Though the walls of Jerusalem are physically destroyed, the deeper issue throughout the book is spiritual drift among God’s people. Nehemiah shows that true renewal begins long before construction—it begins with burden, repentance, prayer, and dependence on God.

Have you ever felt like quitting?
Discouragement has a way of finding us all. Sometimes it comes through the words of critics. Sometimes through physical exhaustion, suffering, or setbacks. Sometimes it comes when we've worked hard, prayed faithfully, and still don't seem to be making progress.
In Nehemiah 4, the people of God face all of these challenges at once. The opposition grows louder. The workers grow weaker. Fear begins to spread. Yet in the middle of tremendous discouragement, Nehemiah refuses to let God's people lose heart.
In this message, Pastor Jimmy leads us to discover how Nehemiah kept the people encouraged, focused, and moving forward—and how God provides the strength we need when we feel like giving up.
