Revive is a discipleship and development ministry located in and around Antigua, Guatemala. Revive focuses on, teaches and instructs the heart to live and practice a life nourished in spirit and in body through the Word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ. In Revive’s own words, “We love people. We believe in the power of restoration and our goal is to give a message that touches the heart and changes the way that we and those we serve think, act and live, by building relationships and following up through: loving, discipling, nourishing, caring for and instructing in spiritual and physical health, equipping, being fruitful workers and becoming self-sustainable. We focus on lasting wellness and independence by offering spiritual mentorship, life and job skills training and educational opportunities. Primarily, we train families and communities in agriculture and nutrition, offering them a way of self-sustainability while sharing Jesus as spiritual nourishment, bringing hope to those who desperately need it.”

DBC has partnered with Revive Guatemala since 2019, both financially, as well as sending short-term mission teams. In November 2020, we participated with them in a virtual short term mission trip, which allowed more people here at Dunwoody to get a glimpse of their mission and the heart for the people of Guatemala.
